Planning a luxury dome getaway in New Brunswick? This FAQ covers the most common questions about your stay at Cove Dome Glamping — from pricing and hot tub access to cancellation policies and local amenities.

Where are you located?

You can find Cove Dome Glamping at 229 Cove Rd, Moncton Parish, New Brunswick.

We’re just 10 minutes from Moncton, 25 minutes from Shediac, and 5 minutes from nearby conveniences like a take-out/grocery store, gas station, golf course, apple U-Pick, pony rides, and a liquor store.

What is our cost?

Each night costs $289, with a minimum stay of two nights. You’ll need to pay in full at the time of booking.

We also collect a $150 damage deposit during check-in. If you leave the dome and surrounding area in good condition, we’ll refund the deposit when you check out.

What is your cancellation policy?

We charge a $25 cancellation fee. To receive a full refund (minus the fee), you must cancel at least 12 days before your scheduled stay. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations with less than 12 days’ notice.

Are pets allowed?

While we love animals, we don’t currently offer a pet-friendly dome.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is prohibited inside the dome. However, you’re welcome to smoke outdoors — just use the cigarette disposal bin provided.

Check-In/Check-Out times?

Check-in starts at 3:30 PM. Please check out by 11:00 AM.

Do I have access to a hot tub?

Yes! Your stay includes access to your own private hot tub. After each use, please close the cover to help keep it clean and well-maintained.

What are your quiet hours?

Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Please keep noise levels low so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Do I need to wash dishes?

Yes, we ask that you wash all dishes and utensils you use before checking out.

What is the BBQ policy?

Yes. We provide a charcoal BBQ and utensils for your convenience. Please clean the grill after each use to help us maintain quality service for future guests.

What is your bonfire policy?

You can enjoy a bonfire as long as no fire bans or restrictions are in effect. Use the designated fire pit only and follow all local fire safety guidelines.

Are fireworks allowed?

No. For safety reasons, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.
